Rail Night XIII is next week Tuesday, and Registration is open now. Reserve your seat today!
WHAT: Presented by the Railroad Engineering & Activities Club (REAC), this is our showcase event that brings rail industry companies from all over to our very own Michigan Tech. Interact with a dozen rail industry employers in a casual environment, which also includes a sit-down dinner and an enlightening keynote address! Plus, students will have a chance to win one of many door and raffle prizes during the event - which is covered by our modest $5 registration fee. A detailed schedule is listed at the bottom of this message.
WHEN: October 3rd, 2017 from 5-8:30 pm
WHERE: Memorial Union Building (MUB) Ballroom
WHY: This is the unparalleled opportunity to ask questions of industry people, build out your network, and of course have fun. The Rail Industry is proud to be a "green" transportation solution and is looking to build out their ranks with great young people! Many Tech Alum in the industry increases your chances with hiring on - Tech folk hire Tech people! This is an exciting event which only comes around once per year!

5-6pm - Industry Discussion Panel - Here what members of the industry have to say.
6-7pm - Social Hour! Talk to many industry reps in a casual environment.
7-8:30pm - Dinner and Keynote Address! More chances to meet and greet around the table, and hear from Kevin Riddett, the CEO of Railworks, a major player in the engineering side of the railroad industry.
